3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

The Virginia Sex Offender and Crimes Against Minors Registry exists for lawful public-safety awareness under Virginia Code Title 9.1, Chapter 9. It does not authorize retaliation, vigilantism, blacklisting, or discriminatory treatment of a listed person.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency
